Increasingly more people are conscious of healthy eating and are trying to adjust their diet accordingly.

Tapas is the culmination of many of these influences presented in a single sitting. Tapas is a simple concept which is great for eating and sharing outdoors. Customers either pay a price per item or by the plate in a buffet arrangement.

Different foods are served hot or cold in small portions in large bowls or on platters. Tapas is traditionally served as a starter or snack to have before a meal and also works well in place of a traditional buffet with more extravagant foods on offer.
